Hello all,
Being an expectant mum with some time on my hands I have been searching all the blogs that are out there have been set up by some amazing people. The following is a link to a brilliant challenge which I will definitely be doing as soon as my little one is old enough! Nothing like planning ahead! I am sharing this link which is on The Imagination Tree blog and this explains the collaboration of the owner of that blog and another blog titled hands on : as we grow to create and try the 30 Days to Hands on Play Challenge. The challenge is simple but brilliant and the objective is to spend 15 minutes a day with your child/children, without any interruptions and try new activities and ideas. If you want to take part you can either make up your own challenges or you can sign up and get email reminders and prompts to help you along.
30 Days to Hands on Play Challenge!
Happy Play time everyone :)
Creative blog full of everything home made, crafty, hands on ideas, events and related to my new life as an expectant mum and housewife.

Long time, No blog!
Well what can I say, it has been over a year since I have posted here! Alot has happened in that year, so much that I cant remember all of it. The best part stems from Christmas day where I got engaged, which then led to me finding out that I was pregnant at the end of January! I am now 20 weeks pregnant and loving it whilst being terrified! I have left university due to being pregnant but I am still being creative, with most of my energy being focused on things for the baby. I am currently knitting a patchwork blanket and trying to design a cute nursery on a very tight budget!
The following images are of the last pieces of work I did at uni, for an exhibition. They are individually dyed pieces of fabric applied to painted canvases. I am really pleased with all of them.
Well, following this I hope to be on here blogging alot more, as the more pregnant I get the more I will want to be sat down!
